– Standard film: thickness ranges from 17, 18, 20, 23, and 25 microns. Elasticity ranges from 150-200%. Standard PE Film is intended for general-purpose applications due to its ease of use and competitive price. Thicker stretch wraps possess more substantial properties, protecting all loads. Available in core sizes of 1.5″, 2″, 3″. with different stretch wrapper widths and lengths. They are used for machine grades above 20 mic.

– Premium grade film: thickness ranges from 10 mic, 12 mic, 13 mic, 14 mic. Elasticity 200% – 250%. It is designed to be thinner than other pallet wrap stretch films but still has the durability to ensure heavy loads and is challenging to hold. This packaging solution meets international standards and is manufactured with advanced technology under strict quality control. The wrap rolls are thinner and more robust, have good puncture and tear resistance, are more transparent, environmentally friendly with thin wrap film, and have less carbon emissions.

– Ultra premium grade film: Thickness ranges from 10, 12, 13, 14 mic. Elasticity 250% – 300%. The best LLDPE stretch film on the market today, with continuous capacity expansion by launching the latest Ultra premium LLDPE stretch film to meet the packaging needs of the market. Using new technology with high-quality raw materials, Ultra-premium LLDPE stretch film can meet the needs of packaging machine tape with fast rotation speed. Ultra premium LLDPE stretch film has optimal features such as puncture resistance, good elasticity, longer film usage time, and longer transportation distance. I am motivated to ensure safety and load stability for demanding transportation and packaging requirements.

Reduce the size to 10 mics to save costs and use less PE Film, but the quality of PE Film remains unchanged, with a high elasticity of 350% to 400% and outstanding puncture resistance.

– Hand-grade regular film: thickness ranges from 8 to 30 microns. A thinner stretch film with a plastic solid formula. This is the lightest stretch film we offer but should not be used for loads above 1800 Ibs. Because the film is fragile, it is less tear-resistant than thick film. This is currently the most commonly used PE film.

– Hand-grade pre-stretch film: It is a high-quality, highly transparent packaging material without impurities, safe for humans and the environment, odorless, and uniformly thick. Prestretch film uses multilayer technology to increase durability, high tear resistance, elasticity, and good waterproofing. We also offer hybrid stretch and PEb stretch films, which are environmentally friendly options to reduce waste and maximize savings when using the product

Can plastic strappings be sustainable? Sure. Regarding plastics, sustainability does not mean producing entirely from alternative materials but also managing materials already in the recycling loop. For strapping, we need to ensure a closed loop of recyclable materials – not only to ensure that we process raw materials sustainably but also to be responsible for what happens to our belts after customer use. Our Polyester strapping material meets these requirements. The base material consists of shredded Polyester bottles, also known as “bottle flakes,” which we obtained from a recycler. Recyclers clean and shred returnable bottles, turning them into high-quality raw materials. Additionally, we process and return used Polyester strappings ourselves to produce new strappings. This closed loop makes our Polyester strapping a truly sustainable strapping solution.

Our PP strapping band is also produced with a certain percentage of recycled material – but that’s not enough for us. That is why we are constantly developing PP strapping rolls and will steadily increase the proportion of recycled materials as raw materials for polypropylene strapping. Our PP strap waste has been reprocessed into new granules, from which we can produce new belts. Producing belts from renewable raw materials is a challenge we will take on. BOPP tape is widely used for box sealing and packaging.
