1. Job description

  1. Market Research and Sales Planning:
  • Conduct market research, analyze and identify potential markets and market trends.
  • Develop and implement business strategies, product and service strategies, sales strategies, and customer service strategies.
  • Create sales plans for monthly, quarterly, and annual targets; organize and monitor the implementation to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop, refine, and optimize the sales process from planning to debt collection to maximize profit and minimize costs.
  1. Customer Acquisition, Management, and Sales:

Proactively approach and acquire new customers, build and expand the customer base, and grow the market to meet sales targets.

  1. Staff Management:
  • Manage the activities of the sales team, set achievable goals, and understand the strengths of each team member to maximize their effectiveness.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of the sales team to ensure they meet organizational expectations.
  • Provide regular training and development for staff.
  • Participate in recruiting, training, and assigning sales targets to new employees.
  • Foster team spirit and motivate employees to perform effectively.
  1. Reporting:
  • Prepare monthly reports for superiors on the team’s performance with their managed clients:
  • Monthly sales reports for the department/team.
  • Customer complaints and difficulties with proposed solutions.
  • Monitor customer activities of the department/team.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of departmental management activities.
  • Assist the Accounting Department in monitoring customer payments.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

2. Job requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in a similar position, preferably in the packaging industry (e.g., plastic films, printed films, shrink films, plastic pellets).
  • Skills:
  • Good communication ability and negotiation skill.
  • Good leadership and presentation skill.
  • Strategic business planning skills
  • Planning and execution skills
  • Language: Good command of English.

4. Working Time

Working Hours: 

    • Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM; 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
    • Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM; 2 Saturdays per month WFH, 2 Saturdays in the office.
