1. Job description
- Manage and operate Amazon Seller Central accounts (B2C), including listings, inventory, FBA/FBM, order processing, shipments, and customer service.
- Optimize Amazon product pages through keyword research, visual/image & video content development, and SEO-optimized titles, bullet points, and descriptions.
- Plan and execute Amazon marketing activities: PPC (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display), Deals, and Promotions to drive sales and optimize costs.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and business data to identify product expansion and growth opportunities.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics: GMV, ACOS, TACOS, ROI, Conversion Rate, and ASIN-level P&L.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and international partners to ensure a stable and efficient supply chain.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on operations and business performance for management.
- Proactively manage Amazon account risks, including policy warnings, violations, negative feedback, and disputes.
- Create, update, and manage product introduction content on the company’s fanpage and website, coordinating images/videos when required.
- Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the direct manager.
2. Job requirements
Education & Experience
- College/University degree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields.
- Minimum 02 years of experience operating Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Preference for candidates with experience in US/UK/EU markets or other international marketplaces (Walmart, Wayfair, etc.).
Professional Skills
- Proficient in Amazon Seller Central and related tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Keepa.
- Hands-on experience in SEO-optimized listing creation and Amazon PPC campaigns (SP, SB, SD).
- Strong understanding and analysis of performance metrics: ACOS, TACOS, ROI, P&L.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience applying AI tools (ChatGPT, AI content creation, AI data analysis) is a plus.
- Good English communication skills, able to work directly with international partners.
